01 Two ways to buy board
Sheets or rolls. Yours or ours.
Every job that crosses our floor is one of two shapes. Tell us which, tell us the board, and tell us whose board it is.
Sheets
Cut to size, counted, skidded.
Width by length, to the sixteenth. We sheet from the roll on four sheeters, trim on the guillotine when the tolerance calls for it, and stack to your count per skid.
- Width 18 – 85 in
- Length 18 – 165 in
- Caliper .012 – .060
- Ordered by sheet count
Rolls
Slit to width, wound to your core.
Parent rolls up to 110 inches wide, slit as narrow as an inch and an eighth, rewound to the outside diameter and core your line wants.
- Width 1⅛ – 110 in
- Roll O.D. to 72 in
- Cores 3 – 12 in
- Ordered by weight
Contract converting. If the board is already yours, ship it to us. We receive it, hold it by your spec, convert it on release and bill only the conversion. How that works →
02 How an order moves
Four steps. No mystery.
-
Spec & quote
You send the spec, we send the number.
Board is quoted per ton, so the same sheet costs less in a truckload than in a skid. We show the price per thousand sheets or per hundredweight alongside it, because that is the number your floor actually uses.
-
Board
Mill-direct, or yours.
We buy paperboard in truckload quantities straight from the mills, made to the widths our trims need. Or you send your own and we convert it under contract.
-
Converting
Trimmed for yield, run on the right machine.
Every job is trim-planned before it is scheduled, so the roll width and the cut pattern waste as little board as the math allows. Then it goes to the sheeter, rewinder, guillotine or die cutter built for it.
-
Shipping
Our truck, your truck, or a carrier.
Skids wrapped, labelled and counted to your spec. We arrange freight to your dock, or you pick up at ours. Release programs are staged out of 150,000 square feet of warehouse.
03 The floor
Real limits, not claims.
We would rather give you the number than tell you we can do anything. These are the working maximums on the floor today.

04 Why customers stay
The greatest ability is dependability.
It has been on our letterhead for decades because it is the whole business model. A converter does not win on cleverness. It wins by being the supplier nobody has to think about.
- The date we give you is the date the truck leaves.
- The count on the tag is the count on the skid.
- Your spec is on file, so the second order looks exactly like the first.
- A person answers the phone, and that person can walk to the machine.
