01 The arrangement
You supply the board. We supply everything else.
A contract job separates the two things a converter normally sells together: the paperboard and the work. You keep buying board from your mill on your terms. We receive it, store it, convert it to your spec and ship it, and bill you only for the conversion.
That is how much of our Fortune 500 volume runs. It is also how a distributor without a plant can offer cut sheets, or how a packaging maker can keep a second source of slit rolls without a second rewinder.

From your mill to your dock
Receive
Every roll is logged the day it lands.
Weight, width, grade, caliper and your reference, tied to your account. Your material is held under your name, by spec, never mixed with ours or anyone else's.
Hold
Inventory you can call off.
Board waits in our warehouse until you release it. Many programs keep a rolling stock here so a release ships in days, not weeks.
Convert
Run to your written spec, every time.
The spec lives on file. A release names a spec and a quantity, and the floor runs it the same way it ran the last one.
Ship & bill
Finished goods out, conversion on the invoice.
Goods ship on our freight or yours, to your plant or straight to your customer. The invoice carries the conversion charge. The board was always yours, so it never appears as a sale.
03 Good fits
Programs that work well here
- Drop-ship programs. You sell to many plants; we ship your finished board to each of them under your paperwork.
- Mill overflow. A mill's own sheeting is full, so parent rolls come to us and leave as cut sheets with the mill's label.
- Odd widths. Your line needs a slit width no mill will make in your volume. We slit from a standard parent.
- Die cutting only. You supply printed sheets; we die cut, strip and skid them.
- Buffer stock. A quarter's worth of board sits here and releases weekly, so your floor space stays yours.
Freight either way: we can arrange the carrier to your dock, you can send your truck to ours, or we run our own trucks in the region.
