Sheeted from the roll, squared, and stacked to your count. Chipboard for pads, partitions, backs and covers. Coated board for cartons, displays and food packaging. Kraft for wraps and layer pads.

02 Rolls
Slit rolls
Parent rolls slit to your web width and rewound to the diameter and core your machine takes. Sold by weight, so a heavier caliper at the same width costs more per roll and the same per pound.

03 Grades
Board we run every week
We sheet in the .012 to .060 range and die cut heavier board up to .250, and we source most of it mill-direct. Nothing on this list is exotic to us, and nothing off it is out of the question.
CH
Chipboard
Recycled, uncoated, grey to brown. The workhorse for pads, partitions, picture backs, pallet covers and box inserts.
CCNB
Clay coated news back
Chipboard with a printable clay-coated face. Folding cartons, displays, tuck boxes, to-go packaging.
SBS
Solid bleached sulfate
Virgin, white through, coated one or two sides. Premium cartons, food contact, pharmaceutical.
KRAFT
Kraft & linerboard
Unbleached virgin fibre. Wraps, layer pads, slip sheets, heavy-duty covers.
POLY
Poly & specialty coated
Moisture and grease barriers on chip or SBS. Frozen food, produce, industrial.
LAM
Laminated & corrugated
Board-to-board laminations for heavy calipers, and single-face or light corrugated to 4 mm for die cutting.
04 Finished pieces
Beyond the flat sheet
Die-cut blanks
Carton and to-go blanks, partitions, layer pads with hand-holds, custom shapes. Flatbed die cutting to 67 × 55 in, and a short-run press for small jobs.
Pallet covers & slip sheets
Oversize sheets to 85 × 165 in, straight off the wide sheeter. Kraft, chip or poly-coated.
Picture backs & hangers
Framing-industry backs 4 × 6 to 11 × 16 in, sawtooth and double hangers applied in house.
Discs & circles
Circle cutting from 26 to 80 in diameter. Drum liners, reel ends, tank covers.
Cores cut to length
Paper cores 3 to 12 in diameter, cut 1½ to 120 in long, for your rolls or ours.
Coated & printed
Sheet coating on parents to 46 × 60 in, and in-line web printing to 64 in wide with a 47 in repeat.
