Enter a sheet or a roll. The checker measures it against our limits and tells you, dimension by dimension, whether it fits. It is a first pass, not a quote. A person confirms every job.

Anything wider or longer than the sheeters take can often still be cut on the guillotine, and tight tolerances are trimmed there either way. Thinner than .012 we will run on request, and board heavier than .060 is cut and die cut rather than sheeted — see below. Send the size and we will tell you which way it runs.

The widest parents run on 12 inch cores. Wider cores wind one roll out per pass, and a parent too wide for any slitter can still be cut down on the roll saw. Tell us the core, the finished width and the caliper, and we will tell you where it lands.

Heavy board is where die cutting and the guillotine go well past what a sheeter will take: we die cut and cut stock up to .250. Tell us the caliper with the size and we will say how it runs.

Outside those numbers the answer is usually still yes, in two passes rather than one. Ask before you assume a piece is too big or too small for us.
